Personalize README for AlvinArch

Rewrite README to accurately reflect the AlvinArch project:
- Update overview for Hyprland + end-4 dotfiles focus
- Replace inaccurate directory tree with actual project layout
- Document real skel configs (bat, fish, nvim, hypr/custom, starship)
- Add system services and networking documentation
- Add localrepo documentation (build scripts, end4-pkgbuilds)
- Replace DTOS/KyOS VirtualBox section with concise VM notes
- Remove irrelevant DTOS/KyOS rebranding section
- Add Planned Additions table (alacritty, gtk, fontconfig, dunst)
- Add Troubleshooting and Acknowledgements sections
- Update CI badge from checks.yaml to tests.yaml
