chore(localrepo): Stop tracking makepkg output and repo-add backups

build-end4-deps.sh builds in place, so pkg/, src/ and the VCS mirrors
under end4-pkgbuilds/ (incl. a built quickshell tree) ended up in git.
Ignore everything there except PKGBUILDs and hooks, plus *.old backups.
